Welcome to Sanwar H Shuvo Agency. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or access our platform.

Sanwar H Shuvo Agency is a full-service digital agency offering services in:

• Logo & Brand Identity Design
• Website Design & Development (WordPress, Shopify, Custom)
• UI/UX Design
• Server-Side Tracking & Analytics Setup
• Social Media Marketing & Paid Advertising
• SEO, Content Strategy & Business Development

All services are executed under predefined proposals or contracts tailored to client needs.

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate business details and materials
• Timely approvals, feedback, and content
• Required access to platforms (e.g., hosting, social accounts)
• Adherence to agreed timelines and milestones

Our standard payment policy includes:

• 70% advance before starting any project
• 30% due before final delivery or domain handover
• All invoices must be cleared within 7 working days
• Delayed payments may incur a 5% penalty per month

Accepted methods: Bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Payoneer, Wise, and international bank transfers.

We deliver projects in defined phases or milestones. Clients are allowed a fixed number of revisions as per the agreed package. Additional revision rounds beyond the standard limit will be billed separately. All final deliverables are shared via secure download links or email.

We maintain a fair refund policy:

• Full refunds are not available after the start of a project
• Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be considered within 5 days of project initiation
• No refunds will be processed after final file delivery
• Clients who abandon projects midway are liable for all completed work

Custom products or non-digital goods are not eligible for refunds.

Upon full payment:

• Clients own the final design and content created
• Sanwar H Shuvo Agency retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, unless a prior NDA is signed
• Rejected drafts, source files, and concepts not selected remain agency property

All business information, credentials, strategies, and communication shared by the client are kept strictly confidential. We use industry-standard tools and practices to safeguard sensitive data. Data is not shared externally without the client's consent.

We may use stock resources, licensed software, plugins, templates, and AI tools to fulfill project needs. Licensing costs beyond scope are to be borne by the client. If any third-party terms are applicable, the client is expected to review and comply accordingly.

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits, data breaches, or ad account suspensions
• Platform changes (e.g., algorithm updates, account restrictions)
• Delays due to third-party services or force majeure events
• Technical issues beyond our control or arising from incorrect client input

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, cyber-attacks, war, natural disasters, server outages, internet issues, governmental regulations, or pandemic-related disruptions.

Either party may terminate a contract with at least 7 days' written notice. Projects terminated by the client require full payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. All deliverables remain the agency's property until payments are cleared.

We may publish completed works on our website, portfolio, and social media to showcase our capabilities. If clients wish to keep projects confidential, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be requested before project initiation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal dispute will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
