At Sanwar H Shuvo Agency, all pricing is 100% transparent in our proposals and quotes. No project begins without mutual agreement on scope, deliverables, timeline, and costs.

a) Advance Payments

• 70% advance payment required before project commencement
• For monthly retainers, billing occurs prepaid monthly at each cycle start

b) Milestone Payments (large projects)

• Payments divided into phases (50% upfront, 30% midway, 20% upon delivery)
• Next phase begins only after previous milestone completion and payment

• Electronic invoices sent to client's registered email
• Standard payment due within 7 calendar days of receipt
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly late fee
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

Sanwar H Shuvo Agency reserves the right to:

• Pause ongoing work for delayed payments
• Withhold deliverables (files, designs, code, reports)
• Postpone project deadlines
• Discontinue projects with reasonable notice
