• Active subscription/retainer periods
• Third-party service fees (hosting, plugins, licenses)

For ongoing services or retainers:

• 7-day notice required before next billing cycle
• All completed work remains fully billable
• No prorated refunds for partial months

We encourage clients to contact us first with any service concerns:

• Revisions and performance reviews available per service terms
• Refund disputes resolved within 5-7 business days
• Fair evaluation of all claims with documentation

• Approved refunds issued via original payment method
• Processing time varies by financial institution (typically 7-14 business days)
• No cash refunds for digital payment methods
